AA full planning application has been submitted to West Oxfordshire District Council, revised in August 2021 to reduce the number of dwellings, and to provide additional information.

The planning application is accompanied by supporting documents including an Environmental Statement, Planning Statement, Transport Assessment and Travel Plan, Air Quality Assessment, Flood Risk Assessment and Outline Drainage Strategy, Design and Access Statement, a Landscape Strategy and Visual Assessment, Biodiversity Assessment, Tree Survey and Arboriculture Impact Assessment.
